Use Visual XCopy for defining copyjobs. Every copyjob is able to copy your data from one folder (inkl. subfolders) to an other. on every job you'll have the possiblity to select several options (ex. copy only files with archiv-flags and remove it afterwards). You can set a Timer to copy excactly on a time you like (Cool on server stations). The autoexporter generates a report for all copyied data or failures on a exportformat you specify (ex. HTML) into a folder you like (ex. webfolder). That enables you to control the copied data from the server over a webinterface on the intranet/internet. - Have fun.
