ISDN-Call Management ist ein Protokollierungstool für eingehende Anrufe, das auf der CAPI-Schnittstelle aufsetzt. Es protokolliert alle eingehenden Anrufe auf dem So-Bus in einer SQL-Datenbank. Datum, Uhrzeit, Rufnummer des Anrufers, angerufene Nummer und ISDN-Dienstekennung werden protokolliert. Über den Client können Sie ganz bequem ein Protokoll der eingegangenen Anrufe abfragen. Eine Anrufbenachrichtigung ist integriert.
