Create academic citations with ACAD WRITE Cite

Use ACAD WRITE Cite to simply and quickly create bibliographical entries and citations for scientific papers. The freeware program is free of ads and available for unlimited access after download. You can use ACAD WRITE Cite to create citations that are comply with the strict formal requirements of the Harvard citation system (Harvard Standard and Anglia 2008), the Chicago Manual of Style (15th edition), APA (5th and 6th edition), as well as IEEE (2006).

ACAD WRITE Cite is also compatible with different citation managers such as RefMan, BibTex and EndNote. Users can use the program to easily convert .ris-, .txt- or .enw files that contain bibliographic information into the required citation style.

How ACAD WRITE Cite works

After launching the program, the first step is to choose which type of source you are citing from, e.g. a book, an academic journal article or an online source. Next, you enter the information about the author, title, edition, publisher etc. into the respective fields. Then simply choose a citation format and click the button to generate the citation. ACAD WRITE Cite automatically creates the in-text reference and bibliographical entry which will appear in the right-hand column.

The citation style can also be changed after the reference has been generated. Just choose a different style in the drop-down box and all the bibliographical information to the right will be automatically adjusted to the selected format.

Simply copy the citations and bibliographical entries created with ACAD WRITE Cite and paste them in your paper or thesis.
