Software for the creation of line network plans. A line network plan, also known as a network spider, is used to schematically represent public transport networks. Different colours are used to distinguish individual lines. Topographic accuracy is dispensed with in favour of a clear and space-saving design. The lines only run horizontally, vertically or diagonally at an angle of 45°.

With LineMap Draw the stations and lines are first entered and assigned. Afterwards, various network plans can be created, e.g. for the entire network, the railway network or the bus network. To create a line network, the network settings are made first. These include, for example, the image size, colors, background image, fonts, text spacing and alignment as well as the symbol properties for the transfer stations. Then the lines are drawn and the stations are positioned.

The networks can then be printed or saved. For output, the line network plans can be scaled to the desired size. The line network plan is completely redrawn so that the quality losses that would otherwise often occur are avoided. Existing line network plans can also be pasted directly into other applications via the clipboard.

LineMap Draw is available in five editions (Home, S, M, L and XL) which differ in the supported image resolution. LineMap Draw Home can already be used to create line network maps for the leisure/hobby sector. With the larger versions, correspondingly larger plans can be created. With the largest version "LineMap Draw XL" even line network maps in A0 format or larger can be created.

With LineMap Draw, the time-consuming and cost-intensive creation of line network plans can be done by yourself. This makes LineMap Draw an efficient alternative to image editing or vector graphics programs.
