Mit dem Programm SetDesktopPicture lässt sich ein Hintergrundbild per Drag and Drop frei auf dem Desktop positionieren. Das Bild wird scheinbar vom Hintergrund gelöst, kann dann verschoben und wieder verankert werden. Beliebige Bitmaps (*.bmp) lassen sich laden und auch gekachelt anordnen.
