OEXtract kann Outlook Express DBX-Dateien öffnen und die enthaltenen E-Mails anzeigen. Die Nachrichten und Anhänge können eingesehen, bearbeitet oder durch komfortable Exportfunktionen gesichert werden. Zur Betrachtung archivierter E-Mails ist es also nicht länger notwendig die DBX-Dateien mühsam in Outlook Express einzufügen. Die Verwaltung archivierter und gesicherter E-Mails wird somit kinderleicht und gänzlich unabhängig von Outlook Express.
