Letter and fax with Word? Address with Addrit!

Addrit can be used for letter and fax, for private and business correspondence, for domestic and foreign addresses, inscription of envelopes, mail merge, layout according to DIN 5008 possible, with simple operation and clear announcement of all addresses. The program is usable with arbitrary documents and/or document templates.

The following programs are supported:
Word XP, 2003, 2007, Outlook XP, 2003, 2007, Business Contact Manager, Outlook Express (Windows Addressbook) starting from Version 6, Exchange Server 2000 (min. SP1), 2003, 2007 or compatible mail servers, OLFolder, Public Outlook starting from V1.1, SQLView for Outlook starting from V10.0.174.0.

Selecting address can be done using a standard search programs (e.g. coming wit the mail program) or an integrated search and display program - the AddressViewer. Alternatively an in Outlook marked contact can be transferred into a word document with few mouse clicks.

The AddressViewer gives an overview of all existing mailboxes (on mail servers), address books and the personal folders (Microsoft ® Outlook ®). The stored contacts are represented in a table, which can be sorted according to different criteria (e.g. after name or company or place).

There are different address types for private and business correspondence as well as for domestic and foreign country addresses available.
