CHZ TCP-Meter misst den Datendurchsatz einer Netzwerkverbindung über TCP/IP zwischen Windows-Rechnern (oder zwischen einem Windows- und einem Linux-Rechner) und stellt ihn grafisch dar. Mögliche Einsatzzwecke sind das Benchmarken von Netzwerken oder eine Messung ab welcher Entfernung die Datenübertragung über ein Wireless-LAN zusammenbricht.
