Das Bva-System ist eine Bilddatenbank, bei der Fotos mit nur wenigen Klicks hinzugefügt oder gesucht werden können. Neben der Verwaltung von Bilddaten ist eine Bildverarbeitung möglich, wobei die Originalbilder erhalten bleiben. Das Programm kann auch ohne die Datenbankfunktionalität als Bildbetracher und Bildverarbeitungstool genutzt werden.
