Can you capture all of your opponent's pieces and become the ultimate winner of checkers? In this 2-player game, you will be given a 8x8 chessboard, and each player will start with 12 pieces placed on the dark spaces of the 3 rows closest to the player's side. Before reaching the row closest to your opponent (the kings row), your pieces can only move forwards. During your turn, you can click to move one of your pieces one step forward diagonally to an empty dark square, or capture a diagonally adjacent opponent piece by jumping over it and moving to the next empty dark square behind the opponent piece. The available squares which the moving piece can occupy will be highlighted in red, and you can click any of these squares to move a piece to it. Note that you need to finish your moves within the given time limit as indicated by the timer on the screen, or you will lose. In a single move, a piece can jump consecutively to capture multiple opponent pieces. Note that when some of the opponent pieces can be captured, you must move your pieces to capture them, i.e. you must make all available captures whenever possible. When a piece moves to the kings row on the opponent's side, that piece will be crowned "king" and it will gain the ability to move diagonally forwards and backwards. If you can capture all of the opponent pieces or if your opponent cannot make any legal moves, you win. If neither side can force a win, you can click the "Declare Draw Game" button on the right of the screen, and if your opponent agrees, the game will end in a draw. Step into the exciting battlefield now!
