Das Tool STcss hilft Ihnen, auch ohne HTML-Kenntnisse, ein Stylesheet zu erstellen. Benötigt werden die Visual Basic Runtimes. Auf ein Setup wurde zugunsten der Downloadgröße verzichtet. Entpacken Sie einfach alle Dateien in einen beliebigen Ordner (zB "C:stcss")
