SilentBackup benötigt keine Zeiteinstellungen für die Sicherung, wie es bei anderen Sicherungsprogrammen der Fall ist, da es immer sichert. Es sichert tagsüber und nachts. Tagsüber werden die Rechner natürlich nur minimal ausgelastet, sodaß der Anwender durch die Sicherung in seiner Arbeit nicht behindert wird. Nachts geht es dann je nach Einstellungen bis auf 100% hoch und sichert mit voller Kapazität.
