This is good software. All it takes is being able to follow instructions when you download it, adn they'll takeover from there. Hint: if you are computer savvy, you don't have to buy the full version. Just let them do the scan and tell you which drivers and then go to the manufacturer's site to find them.

I really liked this program. I was having trouble with my USB drivers and this fixed the problem. Nothing else seemed to work, I contacted Microsoft and Dell and they couldn't help me. This did the trick, though and it was fast and easy to use.
