Sowohl CW-Inventory als auch CW-Helpdesk bestechen durch einfachste Handhabung, bei einer Vielzahl von Informationen und Auswertungsmöglichkeiten. System, Drucker, Netzwerk und Softwareinformationen der PC- Systeme, werden mit dem PC-Auditing des Inventorys automatisch erfasst. Das Helpdesk organisiert Tickets für Störungsmeldungen und Systemwartung. Beide Systeme basieren auf der gleichen DB und können unabhängig von einander eingesetzt werden.
