Stopuhr V 1.001 ist wie es der Name schon sagt eine Stopuhr. Anders als bei den meisten Softwarestopuhren werden auch Hundertstel Sekunden gemessen und angezeigt. Die Größe des Displays ist stufenlos bis zum Vollbildschirm veränderbar. Es können beliebig viele Labs gesetzt werden. Das Programm ist für den privaten Gebrauch Freeware.

Das ist eine Boarlad Delphi dll Datei.
Google einfach mal nach qtinf.dll und kopier die datei in dein Windows\system32 ordner dann müsste es gehn...
