Mit DokArchiv verwalten Sie beliebige Dokumente in einem elektronischen Archiv. Benötigt wird ein TWAIN-kompatibler Scanner. Die Archivierung erfolgt über eine mehrstufige und frei wählbare Kategorisierung. Steht das Archiv erst einmal, kann es jederzeit auf einen Wechseldatenträger wie CD oder DVD ausgelagert werden. Die Dokumente können in der Vorschau oder im Vollbild anzeigt und bei Bedarf über einen Drucker reproduziert werden.
